This project entailed a substantial addition to the rear of the house plus an extensive renovation to the existing home. The entry foyer features the renovated old fireplace and opens onto the new courtyard space.

The designs and selections in the kitchen, living and dining areas create a sense of flow and openness. The extensive custom joinery by Urban Joinery is beautifully considered and executed.
